Whether you are a DIY Bride that is simply looking for someone to execute your plans the "Day of"; OR you would prefer to share your vision and leave the details and time consuming planning to a professional.; OR you are somewhere in between, our team a.k.a. The #TMBride Squad takes great care in executing the details of your event to ensure that everything flows smoothly and your vision is brought to life. We offer Day of Wedding Coordination, Wedding Planning, Wedding Design & Decor' Styling, and Destination Wedding planning services.

Our Wedding Coordination and Planning Service Packages start at $2,000 and up may be customized to fit your needs:

“Our Day” - Day of (Month of) Wedding Coordination

Suggested lead time 3 months+

This package is perfect for a DIY #TMBRIDE (and groom) that has already booked their Venue and Vendors and perhaps even made some of their Wedding Decor' :-) and simply needs a someone to help EXECUTE the day and to relieve some of the stress that comes in the days leading up to the wedding.

Initial consultation (FREE)
1 - 2 Month of Wedding Coordination/Planning Meetings (approx. 1 hr.) to discuss wedding details and logistics
1 Final Wedding Coordination Meeting (approx. 90 Minutes) with the Bride and Groom to review final details and selections, 7-10 days prior to the wedding
Unlimited Email/Text communication regarding wedding planning/coordination logistics
1 Pre-Ceremony Site Visit before the wedding
1 Meeting/Rehearsal Session with Bridal Party prior to Wedding Day
Bridal Party Wedding Details Communication (via email and/or text)
Custom Wedding Day Timeline
Vendor Confirmations the week of the wedding
Day of Wedding Coordinator & Assistant* on site (up to 8 hours)

“Down the Aisle” - Partial Wedding Planning + Day of Coordination

Suggested lead time 6 - 9 months+
This package is perfect for a "hands - on" #TMBride (and groom) that already have their venue and/or a few vendors booked and but want some PLANNING assistance and a helping hand and "pro-tips" along the way! Allow us to help take the load off of you and assist with knocking out some key wedding planning items on your Wedding "To Do" List along the way

Everything in the “Our Day” package +
Monthly Wedding Planning/Consultation Meetings (approx. 1 hour each) to assist with wedding details and vendor selections

“From Yes to I Do” Service - Full Service Wedding Design + Planning + Day of Coordination

Suggested lead time 12 months+

We got you!!! This package is for the #TMBRIDE (and groom) that wants the COMPLETE Tender Moments #FROMYESTOIDO Experience! We will work closely with you every step of the way to PLAN, DESIGN, and EXECUTE your DREAM WEDDING!!! Simply share your vision and allow us to take it from there :-)

Everything in the “Down the Aisle” package +
Wedding Planning/Consultation Meetings (approx. 1 hour each) to assist with wedding planning details and vendor selections (as needed/desired)
