Method of Shipping

All orders will be shipped via either U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail service. No signature is required. 

Cost of Shipping

All orders will be assessed at a calculated rate for shipping. 

Pick Up In Store

All pick up orders are by Appointment ONLY. When your order is ready for pick up we will send a confirmation email. If you have any additional questions or in order to schedule your pick up please call April (248)469-3796 or email tendermoments@live.com. Pick up location is in the Marina District (approx. 5 miles East of Downtown Detroit) 10721 E Jefferson Avenue, Detroit 48214.

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery within 25 miles of P.O. Box 14976, Detroit, MI, 48214. When your order is ready for pick-up we will send a confirmation email and provide a delivery window (date and 2-hour time block). Package items will be delivered to the front porch. You will receive a confirmation text message and email notification.

Where Do We Ship

We ship domestically to all lower 48, Alaska and Hawaii.  

When Will I Receive My Order?

Given the custom nature of our products, most products are made to order. Generally, packages are shipped within 5-7 business days of the completed orders and should arrive within 2-3 business days.
